Thai cuisine boasts numerous styles of cooking specific to particular regions such as the north, east, south or central, each with their own unique attributes and flavours.

At the ‘Thai Garden’ in Galway, the menu has been updated to include several exciting new dishes, notably with new ‘Chef Specials’ influenced by the arrival of Thawatchai, the new Head Chef who hails from central Thailand and who trained in that regional style of cooking.

Already the response from ‘Thai Garden’ patrons has been hugely positive, as they discover new tastes and flavours that satisfy their ever-developing palate for international cuisine.
