The Thai Garden Restaurant is proud to welcome its new chef, Thawacchai, to the kitchen.
Born, bred and trained in Thailand, Thawacchai has an in-depth knowledge of every aspect of the regional food of Thailand and, by putting his own unique touch on some of our most popular dishes, has already become a big hit with our regular customers.
In fact, he’s creating such a stir that we have updated our menu to reflect the new flair our new chef has brought to the Thai Garden team. As well as revitalising some of our most popular dishes, Thawacchai will be preparing new Chef Specials from all four regional styles of Thailand: Northern, Isan, Central and Southern. Of course, some things never change. We’ll still only be using the finest and freshest ingredients to produce our dishes. And they’ll still all be cooked to order – just the way you like them!
Thawacchai’s philosophy is to take the five fundamental flavours of Thai food: hot, sour, sweet, salty and bitter, and use traditional ingredients, such as lemon grass, coriander, galangal, Thai basil and mint to create stunning Thai flavourful sensations that look as good as they taste. Each and every dish is painstakingly prepared to the highest standards without monosodium glutamate. So you get to enjoy the fresh, clean taste of traditional Thai cooking, brought straight from the kitchen to your table by our trained waiting staff.
